How prepaid credit works
We charge $0.15 per 1M input tokens and $0.50 per 1M output tokens. Errors and refusals incur no cost, so your balance reflects actual usage precisely. You can top up with crypto at any time, and the credit never expires. This model removes the risk of unexpected monthly bills or unused subscription fees.
Free trial details
Every new account receives $0.50 of trial credit valid for seven days. This allows you to verify connectivity and response quality before committing to a paid plan. Once the trial expires or is used, you must add funds via crypto to continue.
Refund policy
Credit is non-refundable but does not expire, so you can spend it at your own pace. If you experience a double charge or other billing error, please contact us through the Support page. We will investigate and adjust your balance accordingly. Our goal is to ensure your prepaid funds are always accurate.
